Hello folks. My name is Brent, and what I'm here to talk to you about is my Mastercraft single sliding drawer workbench from Canadian Tire. As you can see, my garage is fairly cluttered. It's small, so space is at a premium, and the bench was certainly a right size for me. It's got a work area of approximately 2 feet by 4 feet. It's made out of cold rolled steel. It's powder coated, not painted. It goes together extremely easy, so if you ever put together an old bed frame, you could tell it's just pins and slots, and it's very straightforward.
The total weight capacity is 600 pounds. The top shelf is rated at 55 pounds, and I don't think I'm nowhere near that limit, but I certainly have it full. The single sliding drawer does have ball bearings slides, and it makes it work extremely easy. It's got 100 pound weight capacity, and there is reinforcement that is underneath to give it added strength.
The general design is such that it's simple, and it's extremely durable. I would highly recommend it to anybody.
