<p>Here is a little tip on how to crush your berries when making jams and jellies. It is very important to crush them one layer at a time, giving you a nice, evenly crushed berry. What we found out in the past is that people use a food processor, and that really destroys that natural pectin in the fruit. For best results, just crush your berries one layer at a time.</p>
