A multi-jointed movement, an<br />example would be a squat where you could see the knees, hips, shoulders are all<br />involved into the movement.<br /><br />Another example for upper body would be a push-up. And basic movement as you<br />can see, you’re involving the elbow joint, the shoulder joint. And again, what you’re<br />actually doing here is you’re recruiting much more muscle.
