AFFOGATO TIRAMISU

A freshly brewed cup of Keurig coffee is wonderful on it’s own, but adds a special layer of flavour when incorporated into recipes. Here’s a quick and easy coffee treat that combines two well-known Italian desserts. It’s sure to get rave reviews at the end of your next meal.

[1st step: prep]

To create your own Affogato Tiramisu, place two scoops of vanilla into a wide rimmed glass. Place in the freezer, and chill for at least 30 minutes to an hour. A good time to do this would be right before you sit down to your meal.

[2nd step: coffee brewing]

Remove from freezer when you’re ready for dessert. Pop a single serve Keurig pod of espresso into your Keurig Brewing System, and press start. Now you’re ready to begin assembling.

[3rd step: assembly]

Tuck one ladyfinger biscuit in beside the ice cream. Top with hot espresso, dollop with whipped cream, and dust with a light sprinkling of cocoa powder. Serve and savour!
