Hi, I'm Suzanne and I'm here to talk to you about the Henkel eight inch fine edge forged chef's knife. I really like this knife because it's well balanced, it has a good weight and it cuts everything like it's cutting through butter. It's a very versatile size, the eight inch. It's good for cutting melons or ham or turkey or anything you have in your kitchen and I would recommend it for anyone for their kitchen.
