Hi, my name is Tammy, and I'd like to show you how to use the Chef's Choice knife sharpener. It is great to keep your knives sharpened, and in the kitchen you always need sharp knives. I use it probably once or twice every two weeks. I have a home-based business, and I do cooking every day for eight little kids, so I'm always using my knives. There's a button on the side, you put it on, and you hold your hand here, and you put it in the slot, the steps one, two, and three, and you slowly move it back. It's a polisher, so you just go back and forth, as if you were cutting. It does all sizes of knives, does straight edge blades, as well as serrated blades. I don't think all knife sharpeners do do that. And it's very safe to use. I'm always concerned about using the stone, because I never know which way to sharpen the edge of the knife, so having the Chef's Choice knife sharpener enables me to do this when I need to, on my own, and it's a simple, easy step one, two, three.
