My husband and I love it.&nbsp;</p> <p>You can do many different things with it. You've got your contact grill, you've got the griddler, the grill. You lay it out flat. You can make it like a griddle and cook your bacon and eggs, and pancakes. It's pretty versatile, you can pretty much cook whatever you'd like on here.</p> <p>Very very simple to use. You just use your selector. You either turn it right to go to your ""grill"" or ""panini"" or left to go to the ""griddle"".</p> <p>Wipe it down with a damp cloth. You can wash it in hot soapy water or the plates are also dishwasher safe.&nbsp;</p> <p>There is an integrated drip tray. Just pull that out and dump it out in the sink. You can wash this. This is also dishwasher safe as well.</p> <p>To lay it flat, just lay it out there. You can have steak on one side, flip this over and have the griddle on the other.</p> <div><br /></div>
