After, I bring them out, and then you can use these tongs, and they work for just about any size jar, and you can pull them out, dump out the water, and set them down to cool without burning yourself.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>This funnel, perfect size for most jars. This is a lovely little tool, and it helps to gauge how much head space you need before you put on the lid. For anybody who has not had the opportunity to do this, you don't have to worry.
