They come in a whole host of different sizes. You&rsquo;ve got 2 racks, 4 racks, 6 racks; they come with a small brain and then they&rsquo;ve got some major brains here which is completely digital with the internal thermometer and you can set the temperature of the smoke and how much you wanna smoke and it&rsquo;s awesome!&nbsp; But, the key to all of this are the bisquettes. And they come in a whole bunch of flavours.&nbsp; You can have the special, the hickory, the mesquite, you can have maple and apple and cherry and maybe even some pecan in there, and whisky barrel.&nbsp; And so this goes into the hopper, and it slides down and then the machine will advance. This one you can push a button.&nbsp; Over here, you do the same thing, and we can push the button to advance the wood.&nbsp; If we look on the inside, the key here is how it burns. You get an even, clean smoke coming up.&nbsp; It never allows the wood to burn down to an ash, and when you get ash, you get bitter smoke. With this one, you get clean smoke all the time, and then, when it&rsquo;s done, it&rsquo;ll automatically move it across, and then it&rsquo;ll drop in here, and you&rsquo;ll get a new bisquette. That&rsquo;s the magic of the Bradley Smoker. It&rsquo;s convenient, it&rsquo;s delicious, and you can do so many wonderful things with it.&nbsp; Because I tell ya, there&rsquo;s nothing better than tasting delicious food. And the Bradley Smoker? It helps you get there.</p>
