The battery comes already installed, and you just turn it on. It has the speed for up and down and makes the fan go a little bit faster, a little bit slower. The fan also isolates. You just push the button, and your fan will go back and forth, and move your air entirely around your room.</p> <p>&nbsp;It also comes equipped with a timer button from 10 hours down to 15 minutes. All the function of the fan comes from the bottom part, and the air is forced out through the top. As you can see, it's very, very safe for kids because there are no blades, actually no blades, but there's an awful lot of air that's pushed out through the front, you wouldn't believe. I use this fan on a daily basis. It's by far the best fan that I ever used. You won't go wrong by purchasing a Dyson fan.</p> <p>"</p>
